Setting long term goals broken down into short term goals, old pictures of myself at my fattest, and everyone who has ever doubted me.

I maxed out my bench at 455 lbs, my squat at 565 lbs, my push press at 315 pounds, and my clean and jerk at 375 pounds.

Oh yes the good and bad of PT'ing. The old,'can't have your protein shake and drink it too'haha(lame). At least your banking man; I can't wait to 'officially' be a PT. How long you been at it?
