thats a big problem, cause im deployed to the desert right now, so i eat what I can get and a lot of it just to keep my calorie intake up, because im a natural skinny guy so if i dont eat a **** load of food all day long, ill never put on anysize. have to clean it up when i get home

You've done an excellent job on the training. Very muscled and ripped body.
