I was a runner in high school, and at the time was just 155lb at the height of 6'3. It was after my senior season that I decided it was time to put on some size since I wasn't going to be competing in races anymore. I started my first two years of college in the exercise physiology program, and switched into nursing because of better job opportunities. I have been a workout fanatic ever since, and it has been a habit that will remain for many years to come.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling good about myself and taking care of my body. I enjoy being around those who enjoy eating healthy and taking care of themselves as well. Most of my friends see me as an odd individual when it comes to my food choices and selective eating. I like being the odd man out, because I know that there are several other work-out-aholics out there who deal with the same things.
How I Stay Motivated:
It helps me get through stress of my job amongst life's daily stresses.

Goal (Long):
Since I am an ectomorph, I am not as concerned with my bodyfat % at the present. My main goal even though it is summer, is to continue packing on size. Once I reach that goal, then I will focus on isolation and getting ripped. I have a great genetic ability to lose weight, but not such a great ability to make gains, even with caloric consumption of over 3,000 per day.

These have been a difficult few months. This summer was an adjustment going from being a college student to graduating with a BS in Nursing and starting a new job. I have had a few setbacks failing my boards twice as well as taking an extended period of time away from the gym. I happen to...
Dude you should really check it out. You can try it your first day for free with a one day pass. The rates are ridiculously low and the equipment is superior to everywhere else in town and they have the best personal training company in the area Total Package Fitness. Tell them I sent you and ask for a one day pass. Good luck with your lifting.
Sorry it took so long to reply. Yeah, I lift at the Y. Got off track through the holidays. Starting to buckle down again though. Boating weather is right around the corner. Hit me up if you're in town and want to lift sometime.
hey man Thanks for the add. You have an awesome body! I'd love any tips you can give a guy who has a hard time packin on weight & muscle. Hope we can chat soon!
hey man, lol...i've done decent I suppose. I go to clubs very seldom and don't try to hard there. Most club chicks go there to purposely turn dudes down to raise their self esteem. Lol, so out of clubs I do ok for the most part. I live in the district man, so its not to hard over here lol.
