baseball practice in HS as a frsehman
intensified for football as i made varsity
in college weight/mass began to add
beginning spring 05 I began learning bodybuilding basics and working on my lifestyle
Continuing into graduate school (currenty) studying sport&exercise psychology - teaching weight training I classes and essentially building my career in the health/fitness field
Why I Love It:
you get to see the progress
ive loved to workout ever since i was involved in competitive sport
i couldnt live without staying in shape !
How I Stay Motivated:
Go outside and look at fat obese people.

Benching more than 315 -- was stuck there for 2-3 years everytime i maxed out, finally broke spring 06 (345)

sub 10% bodyfat
eventually landing a job as a personal trainer/nutrionalist while having a degree (masters or doctoral) in health psychology. Fall 07 I hopefully will be beginning grad school !
I saw some of the stuff you said in the topic of the week article about depression.. pretty solid stuff. I've been battling it for a long time and know for a fact it's one of the primary causes of the incredibly slow progress I've made in trying to change my body. I'm definitely trying to avoid using meds b/c of the side effects they had. well spoken and very informative
