How I Started: I started because I was tired of been the Fat guy of the family and because my heart starts to feel a little weird, I also wanted to look good for my wife since she is always into the fitness too.
Why I Love It: I love this because besides looking good you feel really good and have a healthier life.
How I Stay Motivated: looking how I look and feel know and compare with my past.
