I have increased my cardio to 45 minutes atleast 3-4 times per week starting last week. I feel as if I am leaning out. I am increasing this cardio to cut up and get more of my abs to show.
I am eating 6 meals per day and most of them are lean meats such as steak and chicken. I still eat...

My goals are going well . I started at 185lbs and 17.1% bf and after three months i am 167 lbs and 14.5%... I hope to be 8% bf by April '09
