I want to reach 150 pounds and gain more muscle mass. I want to stay cut and keep my abs. I would like to upgrade my 6-pack to an 8-pack. I want to be able to bench more than my body weight.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
The biggest mistake i made when i started was getting mad at myself all the time. I started working out with my dad when i was 13. I always got mad because while im struggling to bench 50 pounds, he's pumping 40s(dumbells) like its no problem. So i just stopped benching altogether and now i struggle to Bench 125. What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete!

dumbbell flys at all angles.
the perfect push ups thing, i have them and it saves my wrists and kills my sholders in the process also.
hope it helps but i say that your chest are perfect for your body type and keep it up and ALWAYS use perfect form and your boudy WILL get HUGE!!!!!!
