I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete!

bigger chest...? dumbbell flys at all angles. the perfect push ups thing, i have them and it saves my wrists and kills my sholders in the process also. hope it helps but i say that your chest are perfect for your body type and keep it up and ALWAYS use perfect form and your boudy WILL get HUGE!!!!!! cheers mate...!!
