yeah , down to 193 lbs caught the first headcold in a while but feel good now other than that, just takin it easy till the hectic work of the arnold. stop by the beverly booth and chat if you make it there! keep going strong to your comp!

gaining went real well, best ever actualy. now just getting a little more cut to work the Beverly booth at the arnold. how are you coming along?

heythanks, not really cutting too much just transitioning from gaining .looking to be around 187-190. right now 196. see you there. ive never been nor did I ever want to go. Going cuz sandy asked me to help. sure it will be interesting though. see you there man
