OK i know its been a week since I ve added anything here, but my training business has kept me more busy which in turn has kept me more tired!!  fear not for I am training even more intensely. Getting leaner and actually gaining a few pounds, due to incorporation of beverlys Muscle synergy...

oh ok,the beverly stuff works great for me, i know how to stack different products for my body for good results. i am looking into competing next year, around april, and try to get in about 4 shows.iknow 3 of them wiil bea ll natural,and maybe one npc show. i am hoping at shot for a pro card at the natural shows.
