Lost 38lbs of fat right before this picture was taken. This is the day I started my high-rep workout to cut while building muscle. A little longer process but it was the decision I made.

Double bi - I almost threw up 10 times today working out so couldn't really flex that well. Also wasn't a good idea to have a huge protein shake before taking this photo. Abs and obliques are coming out more now which I'm ecstatic about.

Good progress in the midsection but not able to show 100% since had huge protein shake before shot. Won't happen again. Delts getting bigger too.

I'm very happy with my progress. Entire upper body is growing and getting more defined. Chest is finally starting to grow and abs are getting bigger (very hard work). In the next month, I will hopefully eliminate all of my belly fat.

My abs are really coming out now. I'm having unbelievable progress. I can't wait to see where I'm at in another 3-4 weeks. Hard work always pays off. Looks like I'll be on time with my goal.

I have some added definition and abs showing up more in this shot than last time.

Abs much more prominent/defined, forearms are looking shredded and right bicep is starting to separate.

This is a CRAZY difference from the shot I took on 3-23-08. My entire midsection has tightened up and lost a bunch of fat in the lower abdominal area. Obliques and delts are coming out nicely as well.

Double bi. Lighting is that great but you can definitely see my bi's getting more defined. I can see a ton of muscle fibers in my delts now also (especially when working out.

My arms, delts and back are more prominent now...can't wait to start hitting deadlifts for my lower back. Upper back is getting a lot more size which is awesome.

One very cool thing about getting fit - you look pretty damn good in your clothes! I need to get more clothes because all my stuff doesn't fit anymore....I'm down from size 34 to 29!

Big improvement in my BF.....much more definition and a little size in the biceps. Shoulders and traps coming along nicely as well. Abs are weak cuz I killed them an hour before this shot.

My attempt at a lat spread...I'll try to get this one better next time. I thought my back was going to look a lot smaller but it doesn't look too bad...and my lower back is getting pretty ripped.

HUGE difference even from my shot on 3-28-08....everything has grown and got even more cut. My entire body is changing. Abs could've looked better in this shot but I just killed them about an hour before this shot doing inverted sit-ups for the first time (and downed a protein shake).

Obliques are finally showing good separation and middle abs have more definition. Pecs are relaxed because I strained my upper right pec.

Abs are a little soft now but bigger since going on bulk. My weight has increased tremendously after only 1 week of bulking. I seem to be growing everywhere....hope it lasts.

My abs still look decent but I definitely miss them being cut while bulking. I'm growing everywhere and can't believe how big my arms, shoulders and traps look now.

My quick bulk has still left some fat....I'm approximately 10 days into my cut and am happy with my results so far. I wasn't able to flex very well for this shot since I killed it in the gym just before and only got maybe 2 hours of sleep last night. Obliques are finally showing which is awesome. I haven't really been focusing on them until recently.

Approximately 12 days back into my cut. I should have much more definition, thickness and separation by June 30th which is my goal.
