Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and seeing gradual progress. Being sore as hell the next day from my workout is the best feeling. Let's me know I killed it. I've also learned to LOVE sweating like crazy in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
My results. I work VERY hard so my results motivate me to continue the process.
The need for me to be a personal trainer that can "walk the walk". I don't feel my clients would trust me if I myself weren't fit.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 49 lbs of fat in a short amount of time and now focusing specific muscle groups and overall definition.

Lost 38lbs of fat right before this picture was taken. This is the day I started my high-rep workout to cut while building muscle. A little longer process but it was the decision I made.

Description: This is to show progress.....I plan to do another video to compare since pictures can sometimes be inconsistent. I feel that my pictures don't show all of my definition....either does this video but it'll have to do for now until I get a real shoot going. I ALSO NEED A TAN BADLY! I'll be much more shredded in approximately 60 days from this video. Maybe I'll be able to see if I can add some more size as well....we'll see :)

Why I like this video: I've thrown-up like these guys before after a crazy leg workout....this is the true meaning of intensity and what it means to push yourself. You can ALWAYS do more.
You can see how it is easy to mix and match what macros you want to add. It's kind of like being the food chemist or whatever and you can just throw stuff in that you like (fats, proteins, fiber, carbs, etc). I don't use the non-fat dry milk....I use a soy beverage powder but may drop it...

I am going full time. Its picking up slowly but steadily. My interest in BB and reading up does help me to win a bit of clients. I don't do training with my clients but just offering tips. I use the product as a tool to help them burn fat then educate them the right nutrition plan. so far so good.
