How I Started:
I did and still do a bunch of research to know what I know now about fitness. I've always read fitness magazines and worked out in spurts but never stuck with it. I looked in the mirror one day and got really mad at how overweight I was. That's when I decided I didn't want to be overweight and I was going to do whatever it takes to accomplish it. I've lost a ton of weight and now it's time to get a ripped 6 pack.

Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and seeing gradual progress. Being sore as hell the next day from my workout is the best feeling. Let's me know I killed it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated by seeing results each week. I work VERY hard so my results motivate me to continue the process.
If you were gonna be showcased on national television in 60 days with your shirt off and you couldn't get out of it, do you think you would workout harder? Why aren't you doing it now?
That's the way you should always workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 38 lbs of fat. Now focusing on the cuts and then mass.

Lost 38lbs of fat right before this picture was taken. This is the day I started my high-rep workout to cut while building muscle. A little longer process but it was the decision I made.
Back definitely getting bigger as well as everything else. My friend taking the picture kind of left out the rest of my lower back.
Description: Me and my workout buddy (Hinkognito) messing around flexing after we took our progress pictures. Pictures didn't show our results and could've turned out much better but the lighting was poor. We're gonna switch places next time for pictures.
This is just us being dumb.

I've been getting a tremendous amount of requests for ab routines and how to get a 6 pack. As everyone will tell you, diet is key. If you have a decent amount of fat on your stomach, you won't have a 6 pack. You gotta eat clean and eat frequently. Also having a fat burner really helps a lot as...

I didnt know that. I guess you do learn something every day. about PB i dont like it much.. i dont know i use to love it but now i cant stand it, i usually just do my protein shakes plain just skim milk and the powder, that's all. I guess you really have to dedicate youself to fitness.. Little by little I am learning. because they dont teach you these things in the military. i wish they did..thank you once again.

hey, it's coming along! a lot of the extra body fat is coming off around the legs and butt and not so much around the stomach for now. slowly but surely. i'll have some progress pics up pretty soon. i am making pretty good progess. how are you?
No James..not really. I workout what I want, when I want..no schedule. I know..no good Amy. I just always get sidetracked trying new exercises and variations. But doing it this way inhibits progress in some areas because I am not consistent. The only real plan I have is your ab one!
I was def overtraining..I lost 6 lbs, lost my appetite and felt like crap. So I know it's better for me to cycle the intensity and not kill myself all the time.
I wasn't going heavy the past week..I promised myself I would tone it down for a few weeks. Well, I broke that promise already..I couldn't resist with the new machine!
