I was sick of being weedy looking, So decided to join the gym!
Why I Love It:
Feels good to work out and it's good thinking time. Also gives me something to do when i'm bored! lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Concentrating on my goals. If I am low on motivation I just watch the rocky training montages on youtube - Works every time!

I have pectus Excavatum, so my chest will always look shit no matter what i do! :-(
My ribcage slopes inward as in sunken chest syndrome. Trying to get my pecs to look respectable is proving difficult

Goal (Long):
Realistically, I want to be a good stone Heavier - cut. I have worked out for a while now and I am in much better shape than I was two years ago but I don't seem to be getting HEAVIER! So I am going to take training more seriously (planned programs, body measurements etc.)
I know what supplements work for me, I have a good program that has started to make a difference - I need to sort my diet out and then hopefully I will start making some gains
