I have to if I run and lift weights in the same day. The are small meals with light snack. If I do not I will whole fat. That is how I got into this mess.

I have been chillin. Trying to keep eating 5-6 meals a day. I have been running. I just have to keep up with these meals. which is a lot.

this diet stuff has been hard not the restriction part I do not eat a lot of garbage anyway. I need to know how much to eat. That is the aspect that is hard. I will be doing cardio twice a day starting monday so i need to get this right.

I am fine. I will be on a strict diet for the next 2 weeks. Major fat burn. I really jacked up my shoulder and back. I have not been able to work back or chest for 2 weeks
