This last time, after my first son was born. Tired of being fat with no energy.
Why I Love It:
You know it has become more of a lifestyle that I enjoy. It is really cool to talk with other people, men and women, that share a common interest of staying fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking smack and setting goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Back over 300 on bench and over 400 on squat and dead lift but the journey has only begun!

This time it's 8 weeks till a bet I have on dropping enough fat to see the hidden "six". First week down I've lost 5 pounds (to bad first is always easiest). I am about 2500 calories a day with about a 275g protein intake so a lot of Whey protein (conc and isolates at night). ...
Got almost a year in with Arnolds program from his encyclopedia and had great gains. To change things up I am doing a modified 5x5 for 4 weeks then 2 weeks of HVT. I'll stick with this for a while before I jump back to the advanced section in Arnolds' plan. I will start the end of March on...
Hey! How do you like LifeTime Fitness? I was thinking about joining when I move back to Atl, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost (it's more than most gyms in my area)...keep up the good work!
