How I Started: This last time, after my first son was born. Tired of being fat with no energy.
Why I Love It: You know it has become more of a lifestyle that I enjoy. It is really cool to talk with other people, men and women, that share a common interest of staying fit.
How I Stay Motivated: Talking smack and setting goals.
BB Accomplishments: Back over 300 on bench and over 400 on squat and dead lift but the journey has only begun!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
High protein lower carbs and just flat out counting the calories I eat to make sure I stay in a defecit.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Spin class. With a good instructor and not being scared of the tension wheel, it is a great fat burner and not hard on the knees.

This time it's 8 weeks till a bet I have on dropping enough fat to see the hidden "six".  First week down I've lost 5 pounds (to bad first is always easiest).  I am about 2500 calories a day with about a 275g protein intake so a lot of Whey protein (conc and isolates at night). ...
