I saw on your profile that you quite smoking and lost a bunch of weight. I have shed a bunch a weight and look forward to start getting some good muscle mass like yourself. Hope you can help me out.
What else are you doing? weight training? you could pic up a day or two doing the HIIT.. Steve doesn't really have me doing cardio because our workouts are so intense. He leaves it up to me... and I usually just don't do it LOL but like I said, I'd like to pick it up... we'll see!
Hey! I do HIIT cardio on the treadmill... but NOT very often LOL when I do it... its for usually 15-20 mins. I want to start doing it more often though... probably about 4 times a week. How's things going for you?

Thats a pretty well rounded diet.. I'm just starting to understand serving sizes /sigh. My diet is crap to be honest. Basically if i get hungry i drink 2% milk. Real hungry i'll eat a can of soup lol. Pasta maybe 3x a week, but thats about it. My weight is pretty consistant around 148lb right now. I'm not sure if that is because of the cardio or starvation lol. If i added one more thing to my diet would you recommend tuna, eggs or protein shakes? Cheers
