I started lifting when I was in 8th Grade only because I wanted to bulk up and get in shape for Football and other sports.
I'm more serious now about my health than I ever have been.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling, I love that you really have to work your ass off to get that sweat to come out of your body. The Endorphines make you HIGH too ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
This website helps! Seeing other people's nicely shaped body and then seeing mine which needs to be shaped the right way.
BB Accomplishments:
100 lb bar bells on the bench press showed me I accomplished something in a few months of hard work and lifting. Now its time to get my cardio vasc system in shape...so I've been running, and running like a madman.
