How I Started:
Started it in highschool for football, enjoyed every minute of it. Right out of highschool i became a single father with full custody of my son. Got out of a bad relationship and decided to change my life around.
Why I Love It:
I love the results and feeling of self accomplishment. Just feel so much better after working out.

Workout Program:
I perform the classic one body part per day for 5 days each week. I work out at home, so i dont have much, i have a bowflex type machine and a set of bowflex select tech dumbells.

Sunday - Back and Abs
- chin ups, 3 sets of 10
- One arm lat pulldowns, 3 sets of 12
- Bent over dumbell rows, 4...
