How I Started:
I was a chubby kid who was obsessed with powerful figures such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and comic book heroes. I always thought that it would just come along and never realized you had to work for it until i began the 6th grade. I was still very sloppy into fitness and grew angrier by being mocked as the fatter kid! So instead of letting my anger consume me i have learned how to channel it into positive power through knowledge, creativity, and the ultimate disciplined mind! I will hold true to these values till the day i die and i will still strive to be like those whom i admire!!
Why I Love It:
It is the ultimate alternate dimension from reality.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by envisioning my future as something of a fairy tale. Becoming the figure that i imagine in my mind through determination, perseverance and consistancy. Along the way the music i listen to is a representation of power and it makes you feel as if you can lift the heaviest weight in the gym! Death Metal=My steroids. I am also very motivated by those who are encouraging, thank you very much!

Goal (Long):
I now want to find the complete balance of symmetry and perfection, it has become an obsession to an extent and i cannot let anything pass between me and my passion. I want to one day stare into the eyes of the world knowing that i have done the best that i can to obtain my mission in life, when it is all said and done i dont know where to go from there but i will be ready to embrace the unknown by all means neccessary.
She has a passion to improve, drive and determination are a huge factor in what she does!! I also like the fact that she is incredibly positive to people and always encouraging them to go do their best!!
Depending on the cycled phases will pertain to the number of reps that Im doing. If Im going more for mass and bulk, my reps will drop between 8-10. This allows my body to safely adapt to the amount of weight that I am doing and I will increase by a small increment. If I am going more for a dense lean and ripped look, it will be usually composed of giant sets ranging from 15-20 reps @ 60-70% 1RM. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Usually about 45 sec to 1 min, any time spent after that you loose the time window for acceptional growth due to the decline of growth hormone release!

No problems. This has been somewhat of a twilight zone week for me. I hadn't planned for it, but it turned into a week off from the weights. I find it interesting how much better I feel if I'm lifting regularly and how I get itchy to get back by week's end. But end of the internship and on to my second year internship here. Gave my good friend Joel his own customized workout to follow while at home. Hopefully he'll find the time and will be strong as an ox and fast as a cheetah. -T

Work work work, that all u do?? I think everyone has been hit with a funk lately, I hope it passes for ya soon! Maybe setting off some cherry bombs will help! But u need to put them in frogs or blue gill!
