Overall Goal: I want my back to stop hurting. I have something pinched or pulled. I can't tell. Hurts to lift my left leg. Hurts when I yawn. and hurts when I lay down flat on my back.
Fit Status:
No lifting today and tomorrow or the weekend. Gonna let this heal. This is getting rediculouse.
I was athletic in HS, got out and my body went to ****. I got tired of being fat so I am back in the game.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, the adrenaline flow, getting that extra 10lbs I couldn't get the week before.
How I Stay Motivated:
Measure and check my weight, look at the photos of what used to be, what I became, and what I am now.
BB Accomplishments:
I am back into a 36"-38" waist down from a 44" in Jan

Goal (Long):
Just starting a 3 month strength/mass cycle with a buddy of mine at a new gym in town. The gym is much better than I had expected and free for Natives ;-).
I am really concentrating on my shoulders. something that was really lacking when I was younger.
I would like to gain plenty on mass in my legs, especially my calves
I have some back problems so my squat it sorely lacking, I have been doing tons of core work so that I can improve there. 1rm was about 325(sad, I know) Leg press I did 3x10 with 450. I would like to get by squat some where in that area by spring.
abs are not really a priory(cutting wise) but I am concentrating on strength to help with squat. I really want to ditch the handles though. from a side view I have a pretty flat stomach. I have always been very broad.
