I've not updated for a while, but now that its the new year, I have been focusing on developing some strength and focusing mainly on bench, squat and deadlift. I am getting bigger and looking back at what has been around 8 months of working out I have definately improved alot in both size...
yeah, I get a pressure in the back of my head too, left side? Weird, you will have to let me know what happens. Cause I am getting worried thought of maybe making an appointment with the doctor.
Hey, I read your comment about your headaches. I am just wondering do you run? And if so does your head hurt after running really intensely? I have headaches too after I workout, but I just thought it was nothing?

Hey man, QUADS today. YaHoo! I hit 155 pounds this morning, upped my protein intake in hopes of more gains and keepin what I make. I told my calves I wouldn't shave them until they started leanin out and lookin good, so after yesterday's workout, they deserved to be shaved. A little tan would help em too. Peace, bud. Rich
