When were at the gym we keep eachother motivated, its also great cus he spots me on bench, and not only spots me but keeps me motivated saying "ONE MORE PUSSY, DONT TELL ME YOU CANT EVEN PUSH YOUR ARM...more

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I usually pump up my confidence and imagine myself pushing something i know i cant push, but it helps me to psychologically prepare myself for strength training.
