well some of my friends were workin out and r gettin huge as hell, so i started workin out with them and now i do it every day, and ive gotten pretty big so far
Why I Love It:
it just gives me adrenaline, and it takes everything off my mind, its like im in my own world and im my own limit
How I Stay Motivated:
just workout with friends, and just the pump that it gives you to know that your gettin bigger, and then to actually see the results of all the hard work you put into it
BB Accomplishments:
i have gone above and beyond what i wanted to reach, and im lookin great, i only wanted to get benching 185 and i started at 135...and after two months i have hit benchin 235-my max 265.

John, you look SUPERB in your latest pics! Really are moving forward buddy, congrats! It's an exciting choice u've made and u will be visiting some great places. John - glad you got the tricep routine going. Triceps is just as important as biceps. in fact the triceps is what gves most of the size to the upper arm. I've neglected triceps for long and for the past two trs started to focus on them. Supersetting them with biceps is a good idea because they are opposing muscles and then you force your tricep workout to equal your bicep workout - and it gives and awesome pump!...In Christ, Gert

John, howszit buddy?
I am also focusing right now on chest. You need to go heavy with chest. The basic move that builts size is bench press. Shaping excercises (especially for the "valley ine between") is all kinds of fly movements, especially dumbell fly's on a straight or incline/decline bench.
Neck, do heavy shrugs.

Thanx for the add buddy. You got a very good torso, long, lean and nice symmetrical abs. Eating right makes up 80% of your bbdng success. Some tips:
1)Eat 6-7 times a day. 2)Every 3-4 hrs. 3) Use balanced MRP's when too busy 4)Drink slow release proteien shake just before bed. 5)Drink MRP just after working out. 6) Other meals: low carbs, good fats, salad, fist size proteien.
