The camera phone doesn't do it much justice, but it's all I have right now. It's hard to see, but most of the fat % collected around the midsection covering my abs. I'd never seen this happen before until I stopped attention toward my diet.

I've found I've increased the shoulder, back, and arms a bit over the last month

4 weeks in. Small drop in body fat.. I'm thinking about 1%. My diet still needs tweaking. The only change I can really see is definition. I still weigh the same so I must be dropping fat and building muscle. Don't be fooled with the chest.. it's right after a workout so I'm still pumped

9 weeks in.. I'm thinking another 1% body fat dropping me to 15%. Much more definition in the core area.. lats are developing.

Same shot just a slight more relaxed pose. No drop in body fat because of my chgange in eating goals.

Ok, I admit.. its hard for me to pose.. but the growth is begining to give me some courage. This shot truly shows the growth in my shoulders, chest, and LATS! It's not time to cut fat% just yet

I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable with the fat % gain, but the muscle gain is still apparant. I have another 8 weeks with this workout before I reassess.
