Your pics look great! You look like a different person and my wife and I agree. Your tatoos are moving.. *lol*. You work shows the determination that fits an officer in my opinion. See you out there!

Thanks for your comment. I agree.. I'd rather do 20 pull ups then bench 300lbs once. Fitnes over strength! It just makes more sense. Good luck with your exam in August

Your gym looks great! I can't believe you have so much equipment in such a small space.. I can't think of anything you need that wasn't in there. Good work.. that's a serious investment.

Wow! Great work! I can't believe you've dropped so much body fat % in such a good amount of time. A lot of people get discourgaed because the results sometimes come so slow. Keep it up!

Hey, I live in Eugene.. just thought I'd share with you that it's pretty great you free up your workout time with anyone who wants to workout with you. I like your willingness to share and your progress shows your dedication. Keep it up because I believe true trainers have the passion that you do now.

My progress is coming along.. My diet needs some tweaking still and I can't seem to just fuel with enough carbs leaving me feeling tired most of t.. he day. Maybe it's not enough water *lol*.. who knows. Anyway 5 weeks in and seeing changes.

Yeah, that's snow. I'm sitting in a Hottub so it's not that brave when the waters is 104 degrees. I've dropped about 1% body fat. I think my diet needs to be tweeked. Last week I spent it at a defense tactics seminar the entire week for work. Great work outs, but a different kind. Today I got back to the weights and I'm going to start throwing in 2 miles runs on my off days to help decrease my body fat. I'm going to take a progress picture later today. How is your progress going?
