I've lost the bulk of the weight, but 2 years later I've completely stopped lifting, and turned into a soft, jiggly puff. I wanna get firm again, return my body fat % to the single digits, and add some lean muscle to my body frame.

My Motivation Program

Knowing that if I were to continue to go down the road I have gone down my entire life that I would end up the same or (most likely) worse makes me want to get up and put in the work. Thinking of the weight that will be lifted when I can finally fit into that pair of jeans, not have to layer my clothing to hide my gut or chest, and finally get into a pool again is motivation enough for me.

guest Incidently, protein is muscle gain and fat/carbs is fuel for your workout. Eat protean (meat/beans and such to promote muscle gains). You will be awesome! Cheers Nov 16, 2009 12:01am

guest Being big is a blessing actually. What it means is you have a lot of stored energy which you can use to fuel your workouts. If you look at other people your age and younger they all wish they were bigger and can't pack on pounds. You have a lot of muscle already and when you work out you will burn your stored energy and replace it with muscle. Nov 16, 2009 12:00am
