I'm using the 5x5 program to develop overall strength for my bench press,deadlifts,squats,military presses,pull ups,etc.
This is a very effective program because I have already boosted my 5rm for squats,bench presses,deadlifts,and pull ups.I recommend this program to anyone who wishes to get stronger very quickly.

jcl17 Sick back/bicep workout yesterday, deadlifted 320lbs for a new 1 rep max,and db rowed 100lbs for 4 reps,and did 1 chin up with 90lbs!!!
