How I Started:
Went a good two-three years of solid junk eating and no exercise, weighed 200+ lbs, moved out east and changed my life. First thing I did was enrolled in a gym, loved it so much! Today, I am in school for fitness and health, and hope to become a personal trainer
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my muscles in work, plus a good workout tends to really make my day!

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
avoid gym's near high schools: too many of those knuckleheads wasting everyone's time

look for lots of free weights and olympic bars, can't maximize results without them
