Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
back...for life...I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
wrong technique, along with too much weight

Why is it that the only fat burners that work are recalled? This is the second time for Hydroxycut, and I didn't learn my lesson. Oh well, Mitotropin is very good too. I am just waiting for 30 days to be over so that I can start another cycle.
