Yes

no...elliptical machine

140-150bpm....good for fat burning for me

I had a good chest workout today, and then it went downhill from there.  My bud was at the gym, and we played 5 games of racquetball.  My right arm is killing me, especially my elbow.  I will never do that again, because it is hurting my workouts.
