LOL, luckily we get to chose our picture we post! Thanks for the compliment my abs. I am very critical of the loose skin from having two kids myself, over 17 years ago, the skin still hangs. My coach wants me to "fill out" a little so I am hoping that will get minimized! Lift Hard and Lift Heavy!

Thank you for the compliment! I still never know where to post things. I noticed we both really started our recent transformations about the same time. I neglected my legs for a long time too. I am recovering from a minor hamstring pull/mild tendonitis. It has been frustration to have to lay low for a few weeks but I am trying to bulk a bit now for a competition so I am being philosophical about it all. It is a journey for sure!

Yeah the dog is a show stealer. He is a crazy beagle who lives up to his name,Shadow, he always tries to stick close by. I better not take him with me to the competition!

LO, thanks, I did manage to work out as well. Take a week off? Yikes-still struggle with that unless forced to.

Cathy is really good about getting back to me when I email her but sometimes she is busy with all the competitions she covers and I might have to wait a day or two to get a response. Pretty good! On vacation with hubby but weather not so great so we are still making it to the gym!
Stay focused on doing something everyday. No matter what. That is what I do to get out of a lull.

I am still trying to figure out how to respond to posts and stuff here but I wanted to ask how you are going about gaining?
I started to clean up my diet-which was pretty clean to start-but lost 4 pounds over two weeks but then increased calories a bit and lifted heavier. I am thrilled in two more weeks one pound came back! I have never tried to do a gain so I am learning!!

LOL-ok I did far too many squats and not enough lunges. I know lunges are so good for me but I struggle with balance...working on it.
I noticed you indicated a drop in body fat. Congratulations!
What method do you use to measure?
