Asked my dad for a weight bench for christmas one year :)
Why I Love It:
It's good for your head and body. Makes me feel and look good. Enables me to protect my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mirrors, BB mags, BB.com, and support from all of you on this here site. Everyone really helps me stay on track and keeps me going with the feedback on new pix and such.
I also think of the possibility of needing to protect my wife and daughter. I want to be ready for anything if i'm called upon by them, I feel it is my job as a man to protect them from any physical harm.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 26 lbs..
Forum Signature:
light weight, yeh buddayy!!

This is just after I stopped working out the first round because of arthritis problems. (all better now though, no worries)
Unfortunately I haven't made any gains in the past few months. On a brighter note I have maintained everything and have lost nothing. I'm going to "hit it hard" here in a couple of weeks. My Aunt is giving me her home gym because she is "tired of it," and she'd rather...
Yeah man, im pretty patient but everything great in life you must work hard to get. Also, its not bad when you keep putting on clean weight and everyone keeps noticing and giving you compliments rather than, "your starting to get fat!"
Thanks a lot man! I prefer to gain muscle only on a constant, slow, clean bulk. Most bulk and cut but i would rather just gain muscle without gaining fat. that way you dont have to explain to people "im bulking"!
