My older brother influenced me as teenager to get in the gym and take care of myself as well as try to have a healthy diet.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing like the high you get when you set a goal, then blow it out of the water!!
How I Stay Motivated:
There's nothing like seeing people that you haven't seen in a while and their mouth dropping.. Or, the famous " are you taking anything" and telling them "no, but thanks for asking!!"..
BB Accomplishments:
Exceeding some personal goals.. When it comes down to it, training is for you and noone else!!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Think about those times you look at the people with a body like you want to have.. This day is the next chance to make it.. Not, I'll do it next week or next month.. RIGHT NOW!!!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12, sometimes up to 15.. I would rather do more reps to get rid of fat more than I need to be puttin in size..
I just started one of the Arnold competition routine.. That thing is friggin awesome!! Full of supersets and trisets!! First day I did it I threw up halfway through it, instantly lettin me know that I picked a good one!!

When you came off of everything were you just trying to see if it was a difference in your workouts without taking those supps as far as NO products. I was using the sp250 but while i was training it made my stomach hurt,which sucked!!
