My Motivation Program
The feeling I get and the results I see keep me motivated! My daughter and husband also keep me moving as well as looking in the mirror and seeing what I need to improve....:S
The current (and ongoing goal!) is to work toward and maintain optimum health.
jcfc joined the Cellucor Transformation Challenge BodyGroup.
Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I am 4 weeks post baby! I am excited for this challenge to motivate me & help me regroup my eating & exercise-the best I can, anyway! I have baby weight to lose! Members: 4267

I am 29 weeks and am still sick. The nausea is lessening but I am still throwing up a lot. Even with all the throwing up I have done, I have still gained more weight than I "should" have at this point in my pregnancy. I think we are creeping up on the 45-50 pounds.... and sadly, that is mostly mine.... Go to BodyBlog
