How I Started: I have been doing it off and on since I was a little kid. I was really little and use to get bullied a lot (go figure). My mom bought me a weight bench when I was in middle school, so I started playing around. In high school I joined the football team and started power lifting. I was benching 4x6 with 275 lbs and weighed about 230 lbs.
Why I Love It: Its the feeling of being able to lift really heavy stuff, feeling the pump and actually seeing results. Plus no one can say its not impressive to look at someone who is big and ripped. Also can you imagine having a job where all you do is stay in great shape, go to the gym, get endorements and contracts because you look good, and pose on stage.
How I Stay Motivated: Watch videos, get on bodybuilding.com everyday, magazines, go to the gym, freinds, pushing other people to the limit, I want to be big and strong for my son, seeing results, hearing complameints, theres a ton of stuff that keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments: none at this time.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Get in better shape.
Goal (Long): I want to be comfortable without a shirt on. I have a little bit of size on me right now but I also have that layer of fat that is over top of it. I want to be big yet cut at the same time. I have not been able to take my shirt off and go out in public since I was about 10 years old. Even at the house in privacy where it is just me, my girlfriend, and my son, I still wont just sit around with no shirt. I cant wait. Another thing is I would like to try to receive the opp. to be in a mag. or video. I would love to be able to make some training videos and maybe start trying to compete in some amatuer shows.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Thank you! You'll love the program. Just watch what you eat (80% of your results), so some extra cardio, do the program and you WILL get results, I PROMISE!

Big powerful looking body. And with the effort you've put into it already there no reason why you should lose sight of your goal. U want to get huge and compete AND WIN then go for it if you want it bad enough. Best of luck in your training and stay motivated and positive. André
