How I Started:
I have been doing it off and on since I was a little kid. I was really little and use to get bullied a lot (go figure). My mom bought me a weight bench when I was in middle school, so I started playing around. In high school I joined the football team and started power lifting. I was benching 4x6 with 275 lbs and weighed about 230 lbs.
I want to be comfortable without a shirt on. I have a little bit of size on me right now but I also have that layer of fat that is over top of it. I want to be big yet cut at the same time.
I have not been able to take my shirt off and go out in public since I was about 10 years old. Even at the house in privacy, where it is just me, my wife, and our son, I am still emarassed.
I cant wait.

hey big ****er here in a lil bit i will be hitting the gym again so u aint going to be the biggest person for to much longer lol soon ill come over there and curl u son lol naw but keep it up and soon u will have as big of guns that i got lol
