i am wanting to lose 10 to 25 sounds and then gain it back in muscle for football. that will help me out by making me stronger, more well built and faster on my feet.

Its rough right now the summer is here its hot it's about 90 now, but i can do alot of exercising...lol Anyway I got your schedule hope to c-u on the field.
I guess your right, when I was there we went to the state championship and got out azz kicked by trinty! LOL Keep me posted, send me your football schedule, I'll try to make the game, right now Im in AFGAN, but I'll be home in July. Also hit me up with your results, I'll do the same.
I dont think we know each other, but I went to "HENRY CLAY" class of 1997 (Im getting old) WE were great back then, the coach name was Sam Simpson, I dont know if he is still there. Dunbar had an great program as well, Dunbar also had a great band, it's an excellent school. Im in the Military, im at war now, but when i get home maybe I'll come to the Henry Clay/Dunbar game...I hope we win...lol...just joking I hope you being in better condition helps Dunbar reach its goals!
