My overall goal is the get in the best shape possible. I want to get to 500 on the flat bench within 8 months and 600 on squats with the same time period.

I want to be ripped and compete in a fitness and bikini in 2010. :o) Placing in the top 5 would be pretty sweet too. Just want to feel good, look good and inspire my family. DO WORK CREW! WOOHOO!!
