I've been working out for a while, but I'm really amped now to just take it a step further and tone up more.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me on top of my health. Also I have come to LOVE eating salads. I work for a Insurance company and they promote health. They added a wonderful state of the art gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a wonderful state of the art gym in my building at work. So me and my co workers work out together and keep each other motivated.
My job promotes health! health! health! They have raised the prices on the snack machine and have a full salad bar in the cafe'. We even get 50 cent off anything we buy that is healthy! This keeps me movtivated.

Ultimately, I want to slim my entire body down. I want to keep my bust and butt, I'm going to have to sacrifice a little to get a great bod. However, what I may do is study some exercises that will tone only my stomach and legs. I don't want to put on any muscle yet. First I have to loose 30lbs. Thats my goal. Hopefully I can achieve it by the summer. I started kind of late so maybe it is more realistic to aim for fall results. In the end I would love to have a beach perfect body. We'll maybe not perfect but somewhere in that area would be fine!
Today issssssssss 11/05/2009. I just set a new goal. I'm 127 now but since I'm short I still have curves. My main goal is to trim my legs down. I have thick legs and small stomach. I like it but I want something different. I never wanted to travel...but since it's just me now why not. So on...

Nap town huh? With all the recruits around you should have PLENTY of motivation and partners to train that 20lbs away ;) though it looks like you have a propesity for muscle and strength, don't be surprised if you lose the weight fast (if you stick to your diet/training)
Hey, I do Incline crunches, Leg raises, DB side crunches. The incline crunches I do it 3 times a week, the others i do them once a week. I started using a 25 Lbs plate for the incline crunches. I hope i helped :) cheers..
