How I Started:
I've always been fat all my life. I needed to change. So I made myself walk after work. At first it was a mile, then it was walking 3.5 miles. Now, it's currently walking and jogging the 3.5 miles.
Why I Love It:
Being able to take out any aggression on the weights. And, seeing that slight change in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I go on Bodybuilding.com and read the articles. But my number one is the forum.
