High School sports got me started. The military kept it going.
Why I Love It:
I like how I feel and especially the way women look at me when I'm in really good shape....it's been a little over a year since I've been there.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have not been successful at staying motivated for more than a few months at a time. Something always comes up...kids, work, sleep, you name it! LOL

None. Completed the Virginia Beach Rock N Roll Half Marathon in 2007.

Okay, so I haven't been blogging my diet, but who has time for that?  I have been eating clean since Jan 1 and plan to continue doing so.  I have dropped a little bit of weight, but nothing significant.  My workouts have been consistent, and I just increased my lifting from 3 times to 5-6...
