How I Started:
I always wanted to start going to the gym and build some muscles like Arnie :) but was always a bit embarassed. My best friend decided to join a gym and i "followed" him. I had just turned 18 then...he quit after 1-2 weeks and I never stoped since then! My biggest influence was definetaly Arnold and Sylvester Stallone.
Why I Love It:
I love it. The feeling i get in the gym is incredible. I feel confident and euphoric. I do it for my-self but the positive comments are always nice. But at the end of the day, i really do NOT like my body. Thats is why i keep going harder and hearder...I want it to eb perfect; a goal no one ever reaches.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing results. When i reach my goal i strive higher. I motivate my-self. Sometimes i also get some extra motivation by looking at other people who either do not work out or work out "badly". I live both in the UK and Greece (move to Greece for 16 months) so i make sure i have a good gym sorted for me before hand.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I do around 6-10 reps. Per bodypart i do the following.

4 sets x 6-10 reps
4 sets x 6-10 reps + (Superset) 4 sets x 6-10 reps
2 sets x 8 reps.

Why do i do this? It works best for me.
