I got started by using 10 minute trainer. I love it. Its helping me lose the weight, the fat, and gain some muscle. But now, I'm more interested in weight lifting!
Why I Love It:
My self esteem, was low and insecureness was high. I started getting depressed and I didnt want to bring my whole family down with me. Now, just by losing a little bit of weight I feel better about myself and I'm not tired and depressed all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about my kids and my Husband. I want to live a long healthy life. If I continued to stay on the path of destruction I was on, I would become obese. I dont want to die from any weight related issues.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but hopefully soon I can add some on here!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
