My first wife left me and I looked at myself, looking like the Pillsbury doughboy! And I said, since I wasn't rich or famous I needed to do something about my body. So I started watching and doing Bodies in Motion with Gilad. Then I joined a gym and here I am today!
Why I Love It:
It give me a sense of accomplishment and the knowing of how to manipulate my diet and exercise to look the way I want is very satisfying.
How I Stay Motivated:
Now that I have decided to compete it keeps me well motivated. Because I don't want to make a fool of myself on stage!

My plan is to continue perfecting my precontest diet to enable me to drop my bodyfat% into single digits. I also plan to revamp my training to better suit my recovery cycle. Then I will achieve a truly impressive physique!
