Overall Goal: Get into great shape, lose some bodyfat, gain more lean mass. Decided to run a half marathon in May to change things up a little, and get lean.
Fit Status:
Changing my workout again...getting ready to run another 1/2 marathon, just ran a 5K in 22 min- 7:15/mile
Motivation Level: 9/10

When I Started:
Jun, 1997
How I Started:
I started working out hard after high school, as I wrestled and played football. At 140lbs, I was looking to gain as much strenght as I could without bulking too much. I continued in working out in college, as I wrestled and played rugby. By the time I gradutated, I was up to 160lbs, and still pretty lean and strong. I've gottne into a good routine, and until I was sidelined by a shoulder AC separation, my progress was great. After a couple months off to rest and heal, I got back into the workout routine, and am now back where I was prior to the injury, and making some gains. I hit my goal of 1RM in bench of 300lbs prior to the injury, and would like to get back to that, if not more. I'd also like to get my bodyfat down to around 8%
Why I Love It:
Pushing more and more weight than I look like I should be to be able to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results. Results. Results
Meeting Goals, setting new benchmarks
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing Official, but I've surpassed my pre-injury stats.

I recently started a new job, and have been off of here for about three months. I've still been getting my workout in, and have been playing around with it, as my time to workout has been reduced a little. I'm still working on getting the details worked out, but I'll hopefully have a new...
