i would like to get my health and body back after being out of the gym for 7 month do to a savier back injury.and to pull my self out of depression for myself and my family.i have all my size back 200lbs at 5'4".need to drop some body fat

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
cable press downs. rope over head ex. one arm cable kick backs standing upright.i do 3to4 sets of 8to10 reps.

What calf workout has worked best for you?

hi everyone i will be posting my new "before" picks tomarrow.I am training for the muscle tech/bodyspace comp.plus for my next show wich is may 2nd.just remember when you see my before picks that it has been 7 months since i was able to train.i damaged my L3&L5 disk my DR said...
i train one body part a day.5 sets 8to10 reps on everything
thurs-chest incline db press
flat bb bench
cross overs
db pullovers
dips
fri-shoulder side raises
rear raises face down on incline bench
bb shrugs working up to 495lb

I actually had a great workout last night. I did chest and tris. Even though I can't go super heavy, I used as much intensity as possible. I weighed 229.5 last night. 225.2 this morning. I lost over 4 pounds through the night. I did sweat alot though while sleeping.
Hey! I'm just trying to get some inspiration to start training hard. It's difficult when I don't have the weights I need to really grow. I have zero motivation right now. I was going to walk down to the gym here at the apartments but it was raining and hailing. I have both kids. I need a gym membership really bad. I will only be able to work out at around 6 in the morning. I guess that's better than not training at all.
hey back is getting better. How bout you? The Max is so so, I'm so used to fat burners that I cant really tell the difference yet. But the energy boost is noticable, which I like. Best wishes!
sketchy, but improving. I'm just trying to get on an eating schedule that will work for me. I give it another week before I have it ironed out, I start back to school on monday so fingers crossed I will have my act set by this time next week.

I am L1-L3 that are trashed, I am willing to do surgery at this point I have had 2 for 10 years and now found out yesterday I'm up to 3 now, so any help I can get. I am still training but I do as much as I can handle which is not much so I am relying on cardio mostly to show what I have already. Best wishes and thank you again!

Still should post them though bodybuilding is about change. Seeing the change makes your development even more impressive. I will be doing the West Palm Beach Classic, Musclemania, and the Southern States.
Wow, got to update our pics man! When's your next show? My lifitng has been great!! I am up to 313lbs, and still have 2 more months left on my bulk... Trying to get to 330 and bring dowm my BF% at same time. Then in Jan will be starting precontest for 3 shows next year.
