I start off doing atleast 100 or more pushups straight every day, then I hit the weights ,I have different days of muscle groups I work for example
Chest-mondays legs tuesdays biceps-every other day abs every day .....etc. and somedays I just do what I feel like doing for that day, I just remember, HIT THEM, FEED THEM, REST THEM, WATCH THEM GROW, FLEX THEM. |
