I was always active, exercising growing up from as long as I can remember, but one thing that REALLY triggered it,being a push over as a skinny little kid, then I took it SERIOUSLY at 14 years of age, from then to this day I found my true passion.

Muscles don't grow in the gym bro, they need time to recover & grow so doing twice a week doesn't make sense to me. Noticed greater results doing each body part once per week.
