I could write a beginner program with 5 leg exercises equalling 20 sets, then i could take that same program mix up the order of execution keep the sets the same but add a drop set or rest pause set here or there and market it as intermeddiate/advanced. Dont be fooled by the program name or allocation. It is proper form combined with proper weight selection and progressive overload that gets results.

Well I could not solve the membership issue with bodyfit, they just have not responded. So I Joined Booty by Bret (aka the glute guy) again. its been awhile but his workouts are great. So today was Day 1, Feeling good. Have a nice everyone.
