I actually got started when i was in the army in the early 90's but got older and stoped but now i'm back again to get in the best shape i was ever in
Why I Love It:

Im very sorry to hear that....My best friend was murdered when I was 18, on my Birthday. Life can be tought, but we have to pick up the pieces and move on. I am glad to hear you are back in it! And ready to tear some stuff up. Thanks for keeping in touch...Take care JB.

Go through a bulking phase, maybe 6 months...Build a solid foundation of muscle...there will be some fat gains...Then from there you will work on dieting more and doing cardio to reveal what you have built for 6months...
HI. I really like them. Ive had to try them for awhile to really see if they were going to work for me. Their preworkout drink tastes great and is super. My lifts have just jumped up a lot.
