How I Started:
I originally started before my son was born, but had to stop d/t physical complications. Started up again after he was born, then got pregnant with my daughter. Repeat again. LoL Now I've had three kids in as many years and I'm back with a vengance... So official I guess I could say I started for real with body, mind and spirit together August 15th, 2009.
Why I Love It:
I could say it's because it's a great stress reliever. I could say because it's the only time I really get to spend on myself. And they are both true. But really, it's because I love feeling like a hard*ss strong chick when I'm covered in sweat and sore after hauling iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a self-proclaimed data-whore LoL I track any and all progress. And I keep telling myself I deserve this because I am me.
BB Accomplishments:
So far: Starting. That's huge for me because it means I'm beating the sh*t out of the demons that I've let hold me back.

Hey girl...I'm glad that u are motivated! As for me, I just can't seem to get my mojo back..lol! P90x is a combo of some weights, cardio and its intensely great. Now, if only I can stay consistent and do it on a regular basis and stop piggin out! oink-oink! lol

Having a slow day, kind of tired to be honest. Hoping to get some good sleep in tonight, Resting is an area I can improve in (see Post). Fazer (who generally dislikes workout partners but could see you making it both fun and actually worth it!)

I started therapy last night and was reminded of how e-z it is to get lazy...Seriously. I'm admiting to wanting the $ to hire a trainer while realizing how "lazy" I get when there's someone telling me what to do! Feeling annoyed at all this but also find it amusing! Fazer

GOOD FOR YOU! That's a great attitude to have! I'm to the point that I'm eliminating 90% of the fat and carbs for the next two weeks (after T'giving, of course) to get the last few pounds off. I'm just tired of carrying them around. HA! Have a great Turkey Day!
