When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: I remember, around age 15, cutting out hydrogenated oil/high fructose corn syrup and lifting 3-5 LB dumbbells etc. I'm so happy I made those little habits back then. I remember seeing women with muscles and just knowing I'd someday get there...
Why I Love It: Body/self awareness, confidence, self-esteem and literally self-worth, character, strength, endorphins/the high, how it spills into everything else in your life and just adds straight up positivity, helps ease anxiety/depression. I love being flexible, obviously strong but also powerful, and having deliberate strong movement, and being slightly acrobatic haha
How I Stay Motivated: The type of people that motivate me are the people that exude STRENGTH, they clear up "fit" and "in shape" to the masses who sometimes get it confused with a size 2. They clear up "eating healthy" with "eating clean." They remind us, without saying much, that muscle is beautiful and sexy. Compliments help too but of course I do it for myself!
BB Accomplishments: Going from group classes to the weightroom with confidence.
Forum Signature: Being the gym's all I think and care about, I'd like to have the body to show it.

Guess I had to pee, lol. So while I probably felt better from being thinner here, it was all a result of yo-yo dieting etc..  could be better (duh) but could be worse, i guess. I definitely feel the extra bodyfat but also muscle gains...

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want curves made outta muscle!
Goal (Long): I'd like to be lean and muscular. Muscle is beautiful and I want a lot of it. But I'm sick of feeling fat, carrying extra body weight, feeling x-tra large. I just want my body with shapely muscle and lowered bodyfat. I want to feel stronger than strong and look it too.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 20%

So... I haven't really pushed hard or heavy in a while. For the longest time, I would strive for the last best workout's intensity, always trying to match it because my brain received it and stored it in memory as amazing. But why match it when you can go heavier? Man, I forgot why...

Already, but u got your feminine curves and you still look strong, some women can't balance that and go a lil overboard in my opinion lol, i mean seriously your legz, u should have 2 carry a permit for them straight up! i think u could take your body whichever direction u want, u already got alot 2 work with
