Posted in Training : Jul 01, 2011 5:35amOK so it's July 1. I'm approximately 1 month into my latest transformation. Unfortunately I'm not seeing many drastic changes BUT fortunately there's always tomorrow. So far the physical changes are slow in coming but the mental changes are off the scale! It feels great to get in and finish a workout strong. It sucks to miss workouts. These are mindsets that I never really had before. I mean, I've typed them into a blog to make myself feel better but, finally, I'm really feeling it.

Posted in Nutrition : Jun 26, 2011 6:20amOK so last Thursday I decided to switch my nutrition to more of a low-carb plan, nothing too drastic. I just resigned myself to cut out the complex carbs for every meal except for one per day, and the carb for that meal would be something like brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal etc. Didn't think that was such a bad idea. I know how to make foods taste good without consuming McDonald's biscuits and the like.

Posted in Training : Jun 25, 2011 9:25pmSo it's been a whirlwind week and a half. Ever since my Twodee gir's birthday, I have had to jump through hoops to get in a workout. I actually started to get depressed because this is the same pattern that has plagued my "transformations" for years.
